[December 27, 2007, Seoul]S Net Systems (www.snetsystems.co.kr CEO Park Hyo-Dae), a domestic comprehensive IT firm, announced on 27 that it reshuffled the organization with the purpose of quickly coping with the rapidly changing business environment, complementing service business and reinvigorating new business.
As a result, the two existing sales divisions were merged into 1 division, and a new business department was created to reinforce business, and promoted to the UC/Security Division, while the Service Division was newly established to put together all the technical departments scattered in different divisions into one, thereby reinforcing technical competency.
In particular, to merge VoIP, IP telephony and RFID/USN Divisions and focus on and foster the security business, S Net Systems will actively reinvigorate the new business as well as secure the company’s profit and by placing the UC/security directly under the CEO.
In addition, the service division will totally manage the technical employees, e.g. educating and recharging technical manpower, and reinforce technical power and service business through leading the brand-new technology and synergies with the technology-based new business.
Meanwhile, SNet Systems will finish the workforce reshuffle following the reorganization, and plan to engage in business activities starting January 1, 2008.
Mr. Yoon Sang-Hwa, VP in charge of Sales Division 1, will be president in charge of the entire business, and Mr. Kim Yeong-Gyu, Managing Director in charge of Sales Division 2, will be head of the Sales Division. Mr. Jang Byeong-Gang has been named head of the New Service Division.
In relation to this, Mr. Park Hyo-Dae, Vice Chairman and CEO of SNet Systems, said “To lay the foundation for continued growth and stable revenues in the IT market where competition is getting fiercer day after day, I thought it would be essential to quickly respond to the needs of the market and provide diverse values, and thus reshuffled the organization.”
